Evason Ana Mandara Villas Dalat located on approximately 35-acres of suburban parkland that forms its own unique compound, the villas offers 64 individual accommodations comprising between three and five en-suited rooms plus an individual kitchen allowing butlers to attend to all requests - from breakfast through to privately arranged in-villa dining. Various room types include dedicated spa suites for additional pampering.

A total of 64 keys spread between fifteen individual, original French colonial villas. Rooms are independently furnished and are true to their original design and décor. Each villa consists of between three and five en-suited rooms, and includes the following shared areas for residential guests:

An individual kitchen has been restored for each villa, where our hosts will attend to all requests - from breakfast through to privately arranged 'In Villa' dining. A feature of each Villa is the surrounding landscaped areas and expansive views of local urban life and farming countryside.

Restaurant Villa at 9 Le Lai Street
Housed within what must be one of the most impressive villas onsite, are the three food and beverage concepts of Evason Ana Mandara Villas Dalat.

Nine is our signature restaurant. Best described as 'fine dining with the top button undone' the restaurant serves modern European inspired cuisine, a stellar wine list and professional service within a heritage setting. There are daily specials and also a Degustation menu is frequently offered. Catering only for 30 guests, nine is worthy of advanced reservations. A private dining room for up to 10 guests is also available. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.

Wine Bar at nine is a classic take on a European 'hole in the wall' wine bar. Located above nine, this small intimate space serves a new world tapas menu and a great selection of wine by the glass. Two large communal dining tables capture attention within a cosy, dark wooden frame design. Two walk in wine cellars capture attention, not just for their contents; while the small balcony tables are a must at sunset - but we suggest that you arrive early! Open from midday until midnight daily.

Informal café The Courtyard has been created underneath the large pine trees to the rear of 9 Le Lai Street - forming a row of large umbrellas with views of the surrounding countryside. The Courtyard is also the place for cooking demonstrations, with 9 Le Lai Street's kitchen opening through an ingenious awning and allowing full view of culinary brigade at work. This is a great place during the daytime for a coffee and a sandwich, or just a quick fresh and healthy juice before heading to the Six Senses Spa or discovering personal treasures in retail store. Open from 10am until 6pm daily.

Chef du Cuisine and General Manager have both taken great lengths to source as much locally produced sustainable and preferably organic, fruit, vegetables and other produce as possible in order to bring a combination of authentic and healthy choices for 9 Le Lai Street's various menus.

Each villa comprises between three and five en-suited rooms, and includes the following shared areas for residential guests: Lounge area and open fireplace, Dining room, Bar & modest wine cellar, Library, Outdoor terrace and sitting area, Kitchen and pantry.

Villa Room: bathrooms are fitted with a traditional claw foot bath and/or shower in 27.5m2.

Villa Studio: all have a fire place inclusion, and majority have private or shared terraces. All Villa Studio rooms can be converted to twin share accommodation in 39.5m2.

Villa Suite: all have original open fireplaces, separate lounge and/or terrace areas and expansive room size, without any compromise to the original design and décor in 51.5m2.

The Bellevue Suite: luxuriously appointed suite located at no. 14 Le Lai Street, provide 270 degree vies abound from this stunning suite in 70.5m2  plus 50.m2 of balcony.

Spa Villa Suite: a unique glasshouse, treatment and separate steam room plus private lounge area and bedroom in 62m2.

The Spa Villa: a complete villa at 18 Le Lai Street, which also includes a treatment & steam room. Outdoors, a private hot tub and full barbeque facilities complete a stunning setting in 98m2.
